God Himself says your body is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:13-15), is the place the Holy Spirit chooses to reside (1 Corinthians 6:19) and the vessel in which He will fulfill His purpose for you on this earth (1 Corinthians 9:23-27). There are also abundant resources to help you know how to care for and feed your body. First Place 4 Health is a great place to start to find the practical tools for your success.
